As criminal lawyers, we act in the Federal and State Jurisdictions, as much in the case of intentional crimes against life, submitted in Brazil to Jury Trial, as well as other felonies or misdemeanors which are submitted to a single Judge, covering all kinds of wrongs accusations, including tax evasion, bankruptcy and environments. Although we are criminal lawyers, we practice law in the case of civil imprisonment for the accusation of being a delinquent trustee, as well as in Public Civil Inquires and Parliamentary Inquiry Commissions.

Besides acting in São Paulo, we take cases in other States, always engaging the professional services of local lawyers for the daily proceedings follow-up.
